Position OverviewSeasonal Selling Associate driving sales and providing exceptional customer service while ensuring product knowledge and brand standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Drive store sales by personally selling to customers on the sales floor.
- Engage customers, read cues, and provide effective questioning to secure the perfect bra fit.
- Convert returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales.
- Deliver efficient cash wrap transactions, reinforce purchase decisions, and encourage additional items.
- Maintain back room & under‑stock, replenish merchandise, and support visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with floorset, markdowns, re‑tickets, and other store projects.
- Support store strategy to reduce shrink, maintain safety, and uphold company values.

Minimum: $12.00 / hour – Maximum: $14.75 / hour.
Qualifications- Authentic desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Sense of urgency and healthy competitive spirit.
- Resilience and ability to bounce back from setbacks.
- Willingness to take on more responsibility and seek coaching.
- Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, holidays, and non‑business hours.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing.
