Merchandising Sales Associate

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular attendance and work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs; perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, and Add Value.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that sets us apart from competitors.
• Provide coverage during peak times and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Basic computer skills and self-directed work ethic.

Working Conditions:

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise; shifts vary, often including long periods of travel between store locations in personal vehicles.
• Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment, and perform physical activities such as standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders.
