The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead guides and coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively and drives store performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

• Schedule will vary weekly but expects at least 12-16 hours per week.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• Retail
  
  Experience:
  
  At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• Supervisor/Managerial
