Our dedicated Retail Coverage Teams represent major brands within grocery store chains, driving product availability and ensuring merchandising coverage goals are met. This position offers flexible schedules with no weekend work.

• Cover a set territory of retailers, making store visits to ensure merchandising coverage goals are met.
• Install, place, and maintain promotional materials and product displays according to client standards.
• Build displays to showcase products and maintain their overall appearance.
• Consult with store management, report observations, and complete detailed call notes with photos using Acosta's field technology.
• Share best practices and leverage support from teams nationwide through communication channels and social media groups.

• Maintain a high compliance rate with merchandising standards across your territory.
• Know products and effectively communicate their value to store personnel and customers.
• Exhibit an "owner's mentality" with a proactive and responsive attitude.
• Build and leverage strong relationships with store associates, management, and internal teams.
• Work independently while meeting coverage and client objectives.

• Preferred:
  Retail, merchandising, or field marketing experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stores in a route.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to reach all stores in your territory.
