Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad Tablet to ensure stock conditions for shelves and displays.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with the Mondelēz management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, meeting physical demands such as repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25‑35 miles of the primary location:
  Appleton, WI (secondary locations: Green Bay, WI).
• Schedule availability:
  Tuesday–Saturday, starting at 6:00 am.

• Hourly compensation ranging from $16.00 to $18.00, based on experience.
