Overview

In-Home Bathroom Design Consultant (Sales Representative). In a full-time outside sales position, your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. Forever Baths offers a stylish, cost-effective, low-maintenance bath improvement to homeowners, including consumers with accessibility needs. We are a manufacturer of acrylic bath and shower solutions with a reputation for quality and workmanship.

You are not responsible for generating your own leads. Before your first interaction with prospective customers, 80% of the legwork has been done for you through a rigorous pre-qualification process. Your focus is on selling; we handle everything else from processing the order to handling changes after sale. You will learn our training and products within your first 90 days and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers who need what we offer.

Salary and Benefits: $100,000 first-year compensation typical for fully committed team members; the best training in the industry from start to close.

• Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad
• Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during our meetings
• Design a new bath on our proprietary iPad software
• Deliver price and close sales on a daily basis

• Driver's License required, as you will be driving to clients' homes
• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
• Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
• Ability to work independently
• Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
