Experienced Sales Executive

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Insurance Broker with at least 3 years of B2B sales in the employee benefits space. This role will provide expert advice and guidance to clients navigating the employee benefits insurance landscape.

• Provide expert advice to clients on employee benefits insurance programs and navigate complex landscapes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients; build rapport and trust.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored benefits solutions.

• Proven experience and success as an insurance broker focused on employee benefits.
• A strong understanding of employee benefits products.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills; able to evaluate complex insurance plans and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients.
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the employee benefits space.
