As a Sales Consultant
, you’ll be the face of Kolosso Toyota – helping customers find the right vehicle while building lasting relationships. You’ll guide buyers through the process from introduction to delivery, ensuring an exceptional experience every step of the way.
- Build relationships and create customers for life through attentive, personalized service
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and lifestyles
- Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Stay knowledgeable about Toyota models, features, and the latest technology
- Follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
- Learn to overcome objections and excel in closing opportunities
- Report directly to the Sales Manager on goals, performance, and customer feedback
- Bring a positive attitude and your best effort every day
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new products and technology
- Available to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays
- Clean driving record and insurable by our insurance standards
- Willing to complete pre-employment drug screening and motor vehicle record check.
