Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will uncover new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and generate qualified leads for Account Executives. The role focuses on identifying prospects, initiating meaningful conversations, and positioning impact solutions to address client challenges.
Responsibilities- Navigate qualified leads through the sales pipeline, connecting them with the dedicated Account Executive.
- Target and secure meetings with VP- and C‑level executives; for Director‑level or below, advance the conversation to executive‑level stakeholders.
- Prospect through strategic phone calls, targeted emails, and advanced sales sequencing tools to introduce solutions and identify key decision‑makers.
- Achieve monthly targets by setting up 20+ completed and qualified sales meetings each month.
- Make 150+ outbound cold calls a day using an AI dialing platform.
- Understand and articulate executive‑level business goals and challenges.
- Maintain strong relationships through timely, relevant follow‑up communications.
- Keep the CRM clean, accurate, and up‑to‑date by logging all activity and scheduling timely follow‑ups.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role, preferably in technology.
- Experience with outbound cold calling over the phone.
- Strong understanding of IT, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and related technology solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Loft, 6sense, Outreach.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset, capable of working in a fast‑paced environment and meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Expected salary range of $55,000‑70,000 plus uncapped commission eligibility.
