HVAC Counter Sales Representative

Republic is seeking a full‑time HVAC/Mechanical Counter Sales Representative for our Appleton, WI branch location. The Counter Sales Representative is an important role for the branch and will assist with the following:

• Answer phone and assist customers with questions or enter orders in to our ERP system over the phone
• Enter orders from customers who visit the branch locations
• Work with Territory Managers to provide quotes for customers per the Territory Manager's request
• Convert quotes to orders if quote meets customer's needs
• Interface with Purchasing to get Purchase Orders for items customers request that are not in stock.
• Assist warehouse staff with picking, packing and shipping orders as needed
• Smaller branches may need help with receiving shipments and other Warehouse support
• Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have:

• HVAC Sales and/or Service Experience
• Experience with load calculations such as Manual J or experience with Wright soft is a plus
• Knowledge of the HVAC market and its unique needs
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and ability to get things done quickly
• Desire to learn, grow and advance in a rapidly growing company
• Team player willing to do a variety of tasks depending on what's needed for a brand new branch
