• Client engagement: visit businesses to introduce Signarama services and promotions.
• Sales execution: build relationships, understand customer needs and present versatile signage solutions.
• Strategic follow‑up: maintain an organized system for lead follow‑up, quote preparation and sales closing.
• Sales goals: strive to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Marketing and training: participate in regular in‑store training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Store support: assist with store management duties as needed and ensure a professional work environment.

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (signage, printing, marketing or construction industries preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in the use of computers and eager to master various software tools.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, with a love for building relationships.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings or measurements.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
