We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to help homeowners protect and improve their homes through exterior services including roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. This is a field sales role focused on lead generation, inspections, customer education, and closing sales.

This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, confident communicating with homeowners, and excited by performance-based pay in a high-demand industry.

• Generate leads through outreach, referrals, and company-provided leads
• Perform exterior home inspections
• Educate homeowners on product options, processes, and timelines
• Assist customers with insurance claims when applicable
• Present estimates and close sales
• Maintain accurate follow-ups and customer communication
• Represent the company professionally at all times

• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
• Valid driver’s license
• Self‑motivated with strong time‑management skills
• Sales experience preferred but not required (training provided)
