Position Overview
Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is looking for an In-Home Sales Representative. Earn $200k-$300k/yr with uncapped earnings through base salary, commission, and performance bonus.

- All leads are provided: 2–3 pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments a day
- No cold‑calling or lead generation required!

The Role
- Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services
- Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation
- Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business
- Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (no Saturday evening appointments)
- In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or B2C Sales experience preferred
- Ability to meet and exceed goals
- Must be self‑motivated and results oriented
- Ability to attend a one‑time training session in Madison, WI
