Regional Sales Manager - Water Treatment Appleton, WI

Our client, a reputable water heating and treatment organization, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager for its Northeast territory.

• Work with the National Sales Channel Manager to understand sales initiatives and develop territory plans that support regional goals
• Develop a strong understanding of residential water treatment products, equipment, applications, and solutions
• Call on existing customers, prospective customers, dealers, distributors, and other users of water treatment products to drive equipment and service sales
• Develop and expand the customer base through business development, territory development, account development, dealer development, and distributor development
• Support existing customers and attract new prospects through on-site technical training, product training, and water treatment application support
• Attend and support water treatment industry events, trade events, and customer events throughout the assigned territory
• Meet sales and expense objectives outlined in the annual budget
• Assist customers with water treatment applications, troubleshooting, technical support, and in-field support as needed
• Participate in monthly sales reviews and territory planning sessions to evaluate progress and review opportunities
• Follow up on sales leads, customer inquiries, and customer issues

• 3+ years of residential water treatment related experience
• Experience in wholesale required
• Prior work experience for a water-related or water-adjacent business or industry is required
• Experience with water treatment, water conditioning, water filtration, water softening, water treatment equipment, or related water treatment solutions
• Experience supporting wholesale customers, dealers, distributors, or channel partners within the water treatment industry
• Must be able to travel throughout the designated territory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Zoom
• Ability to meet company driving requirements and provide transportation capable of supporting travel throughout the territory
• Must reside in NJ, NY, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, ME for full consideration for this position

Compensation:
Base salary in the 110k - 130k/year range
