As a Security Guard - Armed Patrol Driver in Appleton, WI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. This armed and driving position involves interacting with people, providing excellent customer service, and communicating clearly while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter, remaining alert to unusual activity and/or potential threats.
• Assist with access control and monitor entrances and exits to deter unauthorized entry.
• Observe and report any security‑related irregularities, such as property damage, theft, or suspicious activity, according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help deter potential security‑related incidents.
• Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed during emergency situations.
• Document all incidents and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
