- Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
- Verify identities and control access to secure areas
- React quickly to threats or incidents
- Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Document incidents and actions taken
- Respond to alarms and conduct on‑site checks
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED
- Pass an extensive screening process
- First aid certification is an asset
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience is an advantage
- Possess required state licensure, if applicable
- Competitive hourly wage of $17 per hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)
- Full‑time shifts:
Friday‑Monday (10 p.m.–6 a.m.), Saturday‑Wednesday (2 p.m.–10 p.m.), or Tuesday‑Saturday (10 p.m.–6 a.m.) - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching; paid time off (PTO); paid holidays; disability coverage; and life insurance options
