Scope of Position
Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving buildings and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certifications like the Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician a plus.
Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with good driving record.
Must be able to pass a caregiver background check.
Must be able to lift 50lb.
Responsibilities
Maintain all property grounds including mowing, shoveling and coordinating heavy snow removal with contracted agencies, if appropriate.
Maintain a recycling system as per all applicable government guidelines.
Document maintenance activities, repair records, and inventory levels.
Keep and maintain company fleet vehicles. Mechanical work may be hired out.
Maintain a secure key inventory system.
Maintain and coordinate annual inspections for licensing requirements.
Pick up scheduled orders and donations with an agency vehicle.
Perform and/or coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks.
Perform client relocations per supervisor’s directions.
Flexibility for unexpected events outside of normal work hours.
Any other duties as assigned by the management team.
