• Construct patios, fireplaces, retaining walls, and other hardscape features.
• Install planting beds, lawns, and other landscape elements with precision.
• Take accurate measurements and use a variety of hand and cutting tools.
• Communicate with the Crew Leader about client concerns and job site updates.
• Maintain a positive, responsive, and adaptable attitude with clients.
• Work collaboratively with your team.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
• Continuously seek to improve your skills.
• Manage tasks effectively, ensuring on‑time project completion.
• Troubleshoot on‑site issues.
• Represent Lowney's Landscaping Center with professionalism and pride.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License.
• Availability Monday through Friday, occasional Saturdays.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Dedicated to safety and timely task completion.
• Previous experience with skid‑steer equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of landscape materials and construction processes is a bonus.
• Team‑oriented, committed to a positive work environment.
• Willingness to take on a variety of tasks.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Physical stamina for manual labor over extended periods.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work in direct sunlight for long hours.
• Dexterity with hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Strength and coordination for heavy materials.
• Endurance for repetitive tasks.
• Balance on uneven terrain and scaffolding.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team.
