A day in this role

You arrive prepared, review the work order, and lead the crew to a homeowner’s property. You set the tone for quality, install replacement windows to exact standards, apply clean finish work, and ensure every detail is right—from trim to wrap. At the end of the job, you walk the homeowner through the carpentry checklist, confirm their satisfaction, and coordinate with management to authorize final payment.

Then it’s on to the next project—most nights home for dinner.

Compensation & schedule

Base hourly pay: $32.50/hr Monday–Friday schedule

What you’ll do Install home remodeling products to Mad City’s specifications and procedures

Perform precise finish work across varied construction situations

Communicate with management upon completion to confirm customer satisfaction and enable final payment

Complete the homeowner carpentry checklist at closeout

What makes you a great fit6+ months of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction

Hands-on background with window replacement and/or window wrapping

Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record

Excellent communicator with standout customer service skills

Work environment

This is a field-based position. You’ll work at customer and job sites within driving distance, primarily on day trips, with most evenings spent stions & privacy
