Summary of Position
As a Millwright, you'll work alongside experienced technicians installing, repairing, maintaining, and relocating industrial equipment at customer facilities throughout the Midwest.
You’ll receive hands‑on training while developing valuable skills in mechanical installation, fabrication, welding, and rigging.
What You’ll Do- Assist with the installation, repair, maintenance, and relocation of industrial equipment
- Learn to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Work with conveyors, bearings, pumps, motors, and other production equipment
- Assist with equipment rigging and installation
- Perform basic welding and fabrication (or learn these skills)
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Assist with shop fabrication as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Travel with a crew to customer facilities throughout the Midwest
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, construction, farming, automotive repair, welding, or another skilled trade is a plus
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Team-oriented attitude
- Millwright, welding, fabrication, or rigging experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, kneel, climb, bend, and work in industrial environments
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Some travel is required
- Weekend work during scheduled shutdowns on occasion
