mümkin>case managers/social workers provide professional social work services to individuals and families, helping them overcome personal, family,—health, and economic problems.
hourspart‑time: 24 hours per week, 3 days (wednesdays, fridays, and one additional day of your choosing). Working hours are generally monday‑friday, 8 am‑4:30 pm, with flexibility to accommodate több client needs. On‑call coverage is required.

duties- assess reports to determine validity and legal basis for involvement; observe and interview family members and collateral contacts.
- determine the range of services needed through interviews, assessments, home visits, investigations, etc.; explain services and discuss client rights and responsibilities.
- recommend services from other resources, arrange appointments, and establish connections with providers.
- maintain case histories, complete appropriate paperwork, and track data per department policy while protecting client confidentiality (hipaa, agency policies).
- provide court‑related services, including preparing and writing court reports, conditions, testimony, and related paperwork.
- assist clients in developing inner strengths and maximizing informal supports and resources.
- facilitate client growth by interpreting attitudes and behavioral patterns; explain new options, focusing on strengths.
- monitor case plans and provide follow‑up feedback to clients and stakeholders.
- attend required trainings in association with the role.
- provide on‑call services as assigned.
- must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and documentation of car insurance.
- case manager: bachelor’s degree in social work or a human services‑related field.
- social worker: bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work or a human services‑related field and an active wisconsin social work certification.
- knowledge of and ability to apply social work principles and methods, including basic human development, neurodevelopmental science, developmental psychopathology, treatment planning, aoda concerns, and vulnerable populations.
- maintain objectivity, positive outlook, and professionalism while handling negative situations.
- maintain accurate and complete records, compliance with grant reporting, and agency documentation policies while preserving confidentiality.
- work independently making sound, timely decisions and knowing when supervision is needed.
- manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and keep organized to meet paperwork demands.
- resolve conflicts using motivational interviewing and conflict‑resolution techniques, fostering transparent communication.
- proficient with computer software and equipment.
- comply with all safety regulations, including installing car seats.
- communicate in english, understand and follow written and oral instructions; exceptional writing skills required.
- ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 20 pounds using proper body mechanics.
- may be required to work extra hours and perform other duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
- respond to agency/division emergency/disaster plan.
