Pillars Inc. is seeking a dedicated Crisis Housing Advocate to join our Adult Shelter team in Appleton, WI. This full-time role covers the evening shift from 3:30pm to Midnight, supporting clients, volunteers, and staff with intake, safety, and resources in a fast-paced shelter environment.
You will collaborate with partners, manage daily activities, assist with HMIS entry, and help ensure a respectful, secure setting that empowers adults and families to move toward housing solutions.
