Overview

Personal Training Manager at Crunch Appleton leads a team of Personal Trainers who provide customized fitness programs while educating members on nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and a healthier lifestyle. PTMs pair clients with the right personal trainer to motivate, educate, and hold them accountable toward their fitness goals.

• Lead a team of Personal Trainers and drive business through complimentary member orientations.
• Sell fitness programs, manage retention and attrition, set tangible goals for trainers, and manage training and non‑training hours.
• Run team meetings and state of the business meetings.
• Develop workout programs for clients and participate in revenue‑generating activities such as complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, and workshops.
• Provide nutritional recommendations and support using dotFit tools (including supplement recommendations).
• Attend team and individual development meetings in regards to business and programming.
• Manage client billing and programs, conduct small group and Class‑ic training sessions, conduct new member orientations, and meet work‑related goals.

• Great attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for fitness.
• At least 6 months of sales experience.
• Nationally certified as a personal trainer (NASM, NSCA, ACSM, NCSF, ACE, NESTA, TRX, NCCPT, ISSA).
• B.S. degree in a related field (Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Physical Education, Nutrition, Fitness Specialist, etc.) or equivalent.
• AED/CPR certified.
• dotFit and Camp Crunch certifications (provided by Crunch).
