Delivery Driver - CDL B role at U.S. Venture, Inc.

A division of U.S. Venture, Inc., U.S. Auto Force has more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

The schedule for this position is Monday‑Friday, starting at 3:00 am until all deliveries are completed. Overtime is required as needed and schedules may change based on business needs.

• Drive a box truck or semi on various routes, making 10–20 deliveries per day.
• Keep complete and accurate records and logs of all driving and deliveries.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Lifting 50 lb consistently and occasionally up to 80 lb; team lifts or mechanical equipment used for commercial tires.
• Apply up to 40 lb of pushing force when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks when needed.
• Deliver orders safely and punctually in all weather conditions.
• Work approximately 8–12 hours per day.
• Operate a handheld device provided and ensure all deliveries are fulfilled.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Perform other job‑related tasks and follow any job‑related instructions given by supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Must be qualified to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequently lift up to 50 lb and occasionally up to 80 lb. Must exert up to 40 lb of pushing force. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL (self‑retracting lifeline). Working conditions may involve weather exposure and moderate noise levels; fumes may be present.

• Must be 23 years or older.
• Must possess a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) B and a good driving record in compliance with company policy.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial motor vehicle driving experience (Class A or B) and satisfactory completion of company road test by a qualified assessor.
• Ability to be trained and safely use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high‑reach lifts, as required.
• Ability to safely lift 50 lb consistently and occasionally up to 80 lb.
• Ability to exert up to 40 lb of pushing force when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
• Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Work overtime as needed.
  
  Pass a pre‑employment drug test.
• Maintain a valid DOT Medical Card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines.
