Driver – Non-CDL

Pay range: $20.00 -- $26.00 per hour.

Schroeder Moving Systems is seeking full and part-time Non CDL drivers for our local and regional fleets.

• Drivers safely operate moving trucks; perform daily truck inspections; lead the rest of the moving crew and administer paperwork with the customers.
• As the crew leader, provide positive energy, enthusiasm and excellent customer service.
• Safely pack, load, move, unload and unpack customers household belongings damage free.
• Be on time. Operate safely. Smile and have fun. Hustle.

• Need to have the strength and stamina to repeatedly lift and move at least 75 lbs. throughout each day.
• Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude.
• High-school diploma or GED.
• Communication skills to engage professionally both verbally and in-writing in English.
• Minimum of 20 years old.
• Valid WI driver's license and a good driving record.
• Previous experience as a non-CDL and/or CDL driver or in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, farming or warehouse helpful.
