Shift: 1st Monday - Thursday (4-10-hour shifts or may be negotiable per candidate to 5-8- hour shifts or 4- 9-hour shifts)
Job DescriptionMaintain the integrity of Team Industries various inventories by overseeing the tracking, and distribution of products and materials. Ensuring that the right amount of inventory is available to meet customer demand without creating unnecessary waste or excessive costs through the ERP (CSI) system.
Summary of Major Responsibilities/Duties- Keep inventory accuracy & monitoring by recording all incoming shipments and outgoing orders using specialized ERP (CSI) Software.
- Conduct regular 'cycle counts' (partial counts of specific items) and full physical inventories to ensure digital records match physical stock; investigating why stock levels don't match, which may involve identifying errors in data entry, damaged goods, missed / incorrect material for shop foremen and warehouse personnel.
- Compare identifying information and counts, weights, or measure items from incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading invoices, orders, or other records.
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments, rejecting damaged items, recording shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
- Constant communication via email (Outlook), phone calls, and text messages
- Complete Job Orders with missing materials and complete Project Close Outs
- Fix QC lot changes and Stock transfers to projects
- Year-end inventory (September)
- Consolidate pallets of material within project racking to free up space
- Fill in for the warehouse foreman when absent by delegating tasks to warehouse personnel
- Check-in / direct delivery drivers that stop in office and / or call
- Drive forklifts - small, large Case, narrow aisle Raymond, and Joey
- Deliver signed BOL’s / drawings to front office
- Inventory location counts at end of month for company that stores products here
- Ship / box / palletize material for returns
- Wherever needed help out to unload trucks - van trailers, flat beds of pallets and pipe; check material in against packing lists (indoor and outdoor) and pick /kit material for the shop

Skills and Abilities
Required
- Computer proficiency in a variety of computer programs, keyboarding skills.
- Experience with rough terrain forklifts
- Ability to use Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience working with (ERP) Infor CSI Software
- Basic Office Equipment: e.g., computer, copier, fax, scanner, etc.
- Vehicles (e.g., automobile, truck, tractor, lift)
