Position Overview:

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
• Receive, sort and distribute mail
• Assist all walk‑in clients with payments and billing questions
• Coordinate all on‑demand and renewal certificate issuance
• Complete change request ordering from carrier
• Process audits that are not premium bearing or do not have a large increase (send other audits to AM/Producer)
• Send all policies to be checked by third‑party vendor
• Check endorsements from carrier for accuracy
• Process cancellations (DB non‑pay, LPRs received from AM, and sending non‑renewals to AM/Producer)
• Handle escalating premium bearing change requests and audits to AM
• Complete MVR requests for underwriting only
• Order loss runs when requested
• Perform other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Minimum 2‑4 years of insurance experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self‑motivated and able to handle multiple tasks with minimal guidance in order to meet deadlines.
• Good oral and written communication skills to articulate key information.
• Initiative and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
• High emphasis on teamwork, collaboration, data analysis, and process innovation.
• Self‑starter and works with direction and taking ownership of areas of responsibility.
• Detail‑oriented.
