- Small Works A well-established commercial contractor company is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their Mechanical division, supporting an established portfolio of Data Centre clients in the City of London. This role focuses on managing multiple mechanical projects, smaller works packages and variations within live Data Centre environments. You'll work site-based working across the London area, be client-facing and commercially sharp, and responsible for delivery across the full project lifecycle.

Lead by example on HSEQ and project governance.
The Ideal Candidate Strong Mechanical Contracts Manager or Project Management experience within the building and construction industry. Experience working within Data Centres, critical environments or similarly complex live environments. Track record of managing multiple projects and packages concurrently. End-to-end project delivery experience, from design/pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. Strong commercial awareness, including variations, programme impacts, contractual risk and working closely with QS/Commercial teams.
