Note:
this is a rotational role and you will be expected to rotate across different sites and locations in Scotland.
- Collaborating with the project team to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Providing support to construction and operations teams for current projects
- Developing, preparing, and maintaining construction documentation and project plans
- Identifying, assessing, and monitoring project risks while creating comprehensive mitigation strategies
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Performing technical analysis and system performance evaluations to ensure optimal operational efficiency
- Assisting with day-to-day operational activities and providing project support as needed
- Contribute to organisational excellence by participating in continuous improvement initiatives for internal procedures and processes
- Degree‑level qualification in Environmental or Engineering (to be achieved by September 2026)
- A successful candidate will be required to travel to training locations and relocate up to 3 times across Scotland during the Graduate Programme
