As a nurse at HC‑One, you will build on your existing skill set, practising in a nurse‑led environment, developing complex decision‑making and collaborative skills - to name but a few! You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life‑changing decisions, which is a humbling and unbelievably rewarding part of the role.

You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and will understand your commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC.

  • Provide person‑centred care to residents and their families.
  • Maintain and update digital care plans.
  • Mentor colleagues and serve as a practice supervisor and assessor.
  • Advocate for residents and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed.

About You

As a Registered Nurse at HC‑One, you will build on your existing skill set, practising in a nurse‑led environment, developing complex decision‑making and collaborative skills. You will be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care, a valid Pin number, and will understand your commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC.

  • Have a valid NMC PIN and at least 12 months experience in health or social care.
  • Show passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
  • Exhibit effective communication, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate a person‑centred approach and commitment to safeguarding.
  • Be comfortable with technology and willing to learn digital tools.

Person Specification Qualifications
  • UK NMC PIN and UK qualified
Experience
