48 hours per week. Rotating shifts 2 Day 2 Nights 4 off, every 7 blocks 18 days off. Shift windows 06.00‑18.00 and 18.00‑06.00. Flexibility required to meet business needs.

• Monitor, test, and analyse service performance to ensure compliance with regulatory and business standards
• Maintain and operate equipment and resources according to established procedures and quality standards
• Perform routine activities within a team or independently to ensure smooth daily operations
• Adhere to health and safety procedures to minimise risks and ensure a safe working environment
• Support planned maintenance systems including preventive maintenance and task completion
• Conduct sampling and testing to optimise plant and equipment performance
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and maintain superior aesthetics and housekeeping
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations and assist with planned plant shutdowns

• Previous experience in a similar role and environment is preferable; full training will be given to the successful candidate
• Cost awareness
• Working safely, issuing permits to work, experience working with confined space regulations, etc.
• Problem solving particularly in a wastewater environment or similar process‑related industry
• Computer literacy
• A confident, flexible, and professional at all times, able to work effectively as part of the Operations team
• The ability to make decisions based on technical knowledge while taking into account environmental impact and issues
• Ability to manage personal performance to achieve business targets
• Ensure that health and safety policies are applied correctly
• Full clean driving licence
• Able to participate in an out of hours standby rota, with weekend working if required
• SVQ 3 Wastewater management or willingness to achieve
