Catering Cleaner Arc Hospitality

Pay: £12.71 per hour + holiday pay, £14.24 total
Job Type: 20 hours a week Monday to Friday
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Cleaner to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will provide support across the day-to-day operation of the business, helping to ensure guests receive a welcoming, professional, and high-quality experience.
This is a varied role involving customer service, housekeeping, cleaning, and general operational duties. The ideal candidate will be flexible, approachable, and willing to assist wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest experience.
- Assist replenishing of stock
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the premises.
- Assist with housekeeping duties, including cleaning guest and public areas where required.
- Deal with guest requests and queries promptly and professionally, escalating issues to a supervisor or manager when necessary.
- Work effectively as part of a team and provide support to colleagues during busy periods.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties required to support the smooth running of the hospitality operation.
- Enjoys working with people and building positive relationships

- Supports the wider team with day-to-day tasks and activities
- Helps ensure the smooth running of daily operations
