We are currently recruiting for a Retail Assistant to join our team at RM Condor, Arbroath, DD11 3SJ
. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual looking for flexible work within a busy retail environment.
As a Retail Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day operation of the retail outlet.

What you'll be doing
- Delivering excellent customer service to all customers
- Operating tills and handling cash transactions accurately
- Processing card payments and maintaining till records
- Replenishing stock and ensuring displays are well presented
- Undertaking stock rotation to maintain product quality and availability
- Assisting with deliveries and stock checks
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness within the retail environment
- Following all health & safety and company procedures
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day retail operations
- Previous retail, catering, hospitality, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Cash handling and till operation experience would be advantageous
- Reliable and flexible approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Successful candidates will be required to obtain BPSS clearance and Disclosure Scotland clearance prior to commencing employment.
