Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Assistant Golf Professional to join our team at Arbroath Golf Links, located 10 minutes from Carnoustie. The Assistant Golf Professional will support the daily operations of the golf club, including overseeing tee times and course bookings, managing the golf shop, and providing exemplary customer service to members and guests. Additional responsibilities include offering golf lessons, assisting in tournament operations, maintaining golf equipment, and contributing to the growth and development of the club's golf programs.

This role is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic golf professional to work in a historic and picturesque setting.

Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge and passion for Golf, along with familiarity with Golf Equipment and their use
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to create a welcoming and positive environment for members and guests
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic and professional environment
  • Previous experience in a similar golf professional or management role is preferred
  • PGA membership or similar golf certification is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
