Full-Time Intake Specialist to join Beltway Companies, the largest heavy‑duty truck dealership in the Mid‑Atlantic. Pay range $18 – $20 per hour based on experience.

• Greet customers promptly, gather vehicle and customer info for repairs and invoicing.
• Generate health reports upon vehicle arrivals for immediate insight into reported vehicle issues.
• Accurately document vehicle issues, concerns, and maintenance needs.
• Maintain customer relationships with a continuous positive attitude and attentiveness daily.
• Assist with answering telephone calls when necessary.
• Work closely with Accounting personnel regarding customer account changes, customer credits, and clearing the sublet accounts when necessary.
• Maintain and file all necessary documentation required by the Service Department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
• Team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and service team.
• Self‑motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sensitive to customer needs and a good listener.
• Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner.
