Baltimore, MD. Company: SERVPRO of Catonsville. We’re actively seeking skilled, reliable, and professional subcontractors to partner with us on a wide range of residential and commercial renovation and repair projects.

Whether you're a solo contractor or part of a small/large crew, if you're passionate about quality work and want consistent opportunities, we want to hear from you!

• Drywall installation & repair
• Trim carpentry & painting
• Flooring installation
• Kitchen & bathroom remodels
• Roofing, siding, gutters
• Window & door installations
• Full home renovations

Emergency response work: Roof tarping & board-ups (during and after hours)

• Valid General Liability and Workers' Comp Insurance (Must Provide Documentation)
• Valid Driver's License
• Own vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Ability to handle small and large-scale jobs
• Professional attitude and attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
