We’re seeking an energetic, customer‑oriented Route Service Representative to serve the Greater Baltimore region, including Towson and Owings Mills
. You will deliver products to clients across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. and build strong relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

• Deliver Exceptional Service and Drive Sales Growth:
  Manage your assigned route, providing outstanding service and introducing new product solutions to help customers thrive.
• Ensure Smart and Strategic Inventory Management:
  Accurately maintain invoices and perform regular inventory checks, recommending products and services that fit customer needs and supporting revenue growth.
• Prioritize Safety and Compliance:
  Carry out all responsibilities with professionalism and a strong commitment to safety, following all driving and operational regulations.

• Must be at least 22 years old (required for vehicle insurance eligibility).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to meet all pre‑employment DOT physical requirements.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence, with strong problem‑solving skills and a trust‑based relationship building approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Additional training in sales or business is a plus.
• Must comply with company appearance and dress code standards.

• Exhibit a superior work ethic, demonstrating punctuality and commitment.
• Take pride in their work and maintain a stable work history.
• May have prior experience in fast‑paced environments such as production, manufacturing, assembly, or retail.
• Meet the physical requirements of the position.

Salary: $25 - $25 an hour.
