FedEx Delivery Driver

delivering for Fed Ex? RL Express Inc. is hiring reliable, safety-focused Delivery Drivers for the upcoming holiday season, with opportunities for permanent full-time employment for drivers who perform well.

• $850–$1,500 per week
  , depending on route and experience
• $500 sign-on bonus after completing 90 days of continuous employment
• No CDL required
• Local delivery routes — residential and business deliveries

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll operate a company vehicle to safely and efficiently deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout the local area.

• Safely operating a delivery vehicle
• Loading and organizing packages for your assigned route
• Delivering packages accurately and on time
• Providing professional, courteous service to customers
• Following all company and safety procedures
• Completing delivery routes efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and safe vehicle

Drivers must be flexible and willing to operate out of the Fed Ex Ground terminal in Halethorpe
based on business and operational needs.

We're looking for dependable drivers who are comfortable working independently, staying active throughout the day, and handling a fast-paced delivery environment.

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• At least 1 year of commercial delivery-driving experience
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, including marijuana, and participate in random testing
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and handle packages
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including during the busy holiday season

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Fed Ex
• UPS
• Amazon
• DHL
• Other package delivery or commercial driving services

No Fed Ex experience? That's okay. Training is provided, and motivated candidates who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

This position is initially seasonal through December 31
, but strong performers may have the opportunity to continue in a permanent full-time position based on performance, attendance, safety, and customer feedback.

Paid training covers delivery and route procedures, standard equipment operation, customer service skills, and driver safety.
