Night Warehouse Picker / Packer – Night shift.
The George J. Falter Company Inc. is looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our night shift team.
Job Details- Full‑time – off three‑day weekends; shift starts at 5:30 pm daily Monday–Thursday.
- Competitive salary and subsidized benefits.
- Prepare work areas (make boxes, stock product, clean).
- Pick orders in sequence by truck route.
- Pack picked orders and label boxes with route and stop information.
- Load delivery trucks in sequential order of route stops.
- Perform simple inventory inquiries to research out‑of‑stock situations.
- Assist in area cleanup at end of shift.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
- Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred; training available for qualified applicants.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Reliable and a team player.
- Positive attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school degree or equivalent.
