Job Summary
Steps Academy Inc. is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Admissions Assistant to support the student admissions process. This full-time role assists with application intake, record management, communication with prospective students and families, and coordination with internal departments in a fast-paced educational environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with student admissions applications and intake processing
- Communicate with prospective students and families via phone and email
- Collect, review, and organize admissions documentation
- Maintain accurate student records and admissions databases
- Schedule interviews, tours, and admissions meetings
- Follow up on incomplete applications and required documents
- Support admissions reporting and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ year of administrative, admissions, or office support experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and data entry accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
