Merchant Consultant - Bilingual in Spanish

Compensation: Exempt position; $4,500/month during probation, increasing to $5,000/month upon successful completion.

Role

Summary:

First point of contact for clients, serving as brand ambassador and introducing business solutions.

• Generate leads through cold calls and prospect potential clients.
• Conduct in-person meetings to assess customer needs and present customized payment, merchant financing, and marketing solutions.
• Perform pricing analysis using clients’ payment processing statements and initiate proposals.
• Follow up with potential merchants reviewing product features, benefits, and terms.
• Close sales in a timely and effective manner.
• Develop and maintain new lead sources, including referrals and affiliates.
• Expand sales opportunities within the existing client base.
• Create and develop marketing programs to increase sales.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify employer).
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Experience in the Merchant Services industry a plus.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, able to work independently.
