At Little Land Arcadia, we help kids move, grow, and thrive through fun, functional, and family-centered therapy services. Our clinic is bright, buzzing with energy, and filled with creative tools and people designed to help children build independence through play.

• Deliver therapeutic services to infants (birth to 3 years) with developmental delays, medical needs, or sensory, motor, feeding, or communication challenges
• Conduct developmental evaluations and ongoing assessments
• Create individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs
• Coach and support families to implement strategies during daily routines
• Document progress, session notes, and billing accurately and timely
• Collaborate with a team of early intervention professionals
• Participate in IFSP meetings and multidisciplinary planning
• Maintain compliance with state early intervention guidelines and professional standards
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Use playful, purposeful activities to support kiddos in reaching goals related to fine and gross motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, handwriting, feeding, and more
• Be a cheerleader, problem solver, and steady presence in your clients’ therapeutic journey
• Collaborate closely with therapists, parents, and caregivers to carry over progress at home and in daily routines
• Track progress, document sessions, and contribute insights that help shape ongoing treatment plans
• Join in team meetings, in-service trainings, and learning opportunities—because we believe growth is for everyone
• Keep the therapy space organized, welcoming, and ready for fun

• Experience working with infants or early intervention (preferred)
• Strong understanding of early childhood development
• Excellent communication, family coaching, and observation skills
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable with sensory integration, motor development, and pediatric milestones
• A great communicator—both with tiny humans and their grown-ups
• Organized, flexible, and ready to pivot when a session becomes a dance party
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with feeding strategies, but it’s not required
