Overview
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Immediate Opening. The CHHA will work in the client's home and provide care in accordance with a personalized treatment plan assigned by a primary nurse.
ResponsibilitiesProvide in-home care per the treatment plan as directed by the primary nurse.
Qualifications- Completion of a recognized CHHA training program
- One year's experience in a home setting
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Must have current driver’s license with an automobile that is insured and in good working order
