• Maintain organization and flow while washing dishes and utensils.
• Practice food‑safety and sanitation procedures.
• Restock kitchen and cook line as needed throughout the shift.
• Perform general cleaning of the restaurant.
• Pace and organize dish execution.
• Understand how the dish machine runs and its chemical components.
• Follow procedures for changing water and chemicals.
• Keep floors, plates, and smallwares clean.
• Inspect food receiving, preparation, production, and storage areas to ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Correct unsafe practices or conditions and notify management.

• 1+ year BOH experience in a full‑service restaurant preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Team player.
• Available to work a variety of openings, swings, and closes.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 30 lbs.
• Vision abilities: distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral. Adjust focus as needed.
• Regular use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
