Night Audit/Security – Embassy Suites Arcadia, CA

Base pay: $21.00/hr – $21.00/hr

Windsor Hospitality is hiring a Night Audit/Security professional to ensure accurate financial balancing and secure overnight operations at the Embassy Suites in Arcadia, CA. The role combines Night Auditor and Security Officer responsibilities, requiring both financial accuracy and vigilant safety enforcement.

Embassy Suites, Arcadia, CA – a suburban city surrounded by the San Gabriel Mountains, famous for the Los Angeles County Arboretum & Botanic Garden and the historic Santa Anita racetrack.

• Perform nightly audit procedures and prepare required audit reports in accordance with hotel and company policies.
• Balance all cash receipts, reconcile daily revenue, and handle cash deposits.
• Prepare the front office for morning operations and reset the day’s business.
• Serve as Guest Services Agent and Manager on Duty during overnight hours.
• Respond to wake‑up call requests, operate PBX, and perform other front desk functions as needed.
• Attend front office meetings and training sessions.
• Support and uphold company values, mission, service standards, and guest service philosophy.

• Monitor lobby, office areas, hallways, stairways, restrooms, parking lots, guest rooms, and assigned areas for safety.
• Count vehicles and scan QR codes during patrols.
• Observe and record surveillance camera activity in the security log.
• Escort guests and employees to vehicles upon request.
• Report incidents, including disturbances, injuries, or emergencies, and contact authorities when necessary.
• Assist guests with directions, complaints, or requests for help.
• Maintain awareness of bar and exterior spaces, addressing disturbances or unruly behavior.
• Clear debris (glass, plastic, trash) from corridors during patrols.
• Provide assistance to staff with unruly or intoxicated guests when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of all security and hotel reports/documents.
• Apply first aid and emergency response procedures as required.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

• Strong mathematical skills for accurate financial balancing.
• Proficiency with computers, property management systems, and related equipment.
• Clear verbal and written communication for reporting financial and security information.
• Calm demeanor, sound judgment, and rapid response in emergencies.
• Excellent guest service skills with courtesy and problem‑solving ability.
• Adaptability to frequent changes, interruptions, and multiple priorities.
• Ability to respond to both security and financial operational needs during overnight hours.

Employment details: Part‑time – rotating schedule (Monday–Sunday). Ability to work any scheduled day, day of the week, time of day, and holidays based on business needs.
