We are looking for an energetic, part‑time Gym Attendant who enjoys interacting with people and can work flexibly in a fast‑paced gym setting.

Position

Purpose:

Deliver a conspicuously clean and orderly workout environment while engaging members.

• Club cleanliness
• Customer service
• Building and equipment maintenance and safety
• Enforce gym rules
• Maintain gym floor
• Restroom checks
• Team clean

• Takes ownership of results.
• Experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.
• Adapts quickly to various situations.
• Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality.
• Team player and willing to jump into any task.
• Possesses strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.
• Must be extremely organized.
• Works independently, multitasks in a fast pace, and demands high quality work.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Must attend all mandatory company trainings within 30 days of employment.
• Follow all current company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
• Ability to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs.
• Ability to access and operate computer systems to prepare documents, enter data, and read reports from database or email system.

California Pay Range: $16.50—$20 USD
