Commercial Parts Pro Store

Professional level sales position in the automotive parts business, responsible for driving profitable growth through customer retention and upsell, and managing a team of parts professionals.

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Provide commercial parts selling experience and daily supervisory support for team members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching, development, and driver dispatch to meet delivery standards.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and source parts from special orders, FDO, and second‑source suppliers.

• Maintain core bank and commercial returns and credit accounts.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.

• Friendly communication and ability to locate and stock parts.
• Safety knowledge and skills, operating inventory and POS systems.
• Advanced selling skills for commercial customers.

• Working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics.
• Strong communication in English, Spanish a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and parts catalogs.
• Basic math skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Organizational and commercial profitability knowledge.

• Minimum 3 years automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability and experience leading teams.

• High school diploma or GED.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

The role requires walking, standing, lifting up to 50 lb (occasionally 100 lb), using hands and fingers, and working inside and outside in various weather conditions. The work environment includes exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise.
