Watson Civil Construction, a leading contractor in Florida, is actively seeking Entry Level Civil Engineers to join our growing team in Jacksonville, Tampa or Orlando and the surrounding areas. This is a unique opportunity for Spring 2025 Degree Candidates to immerse themselves in a mix of field and office work, gaining exposure to all facets of our industry.

In this role, you will review contracts and specifications comprehensively, assisting Project Managers, Superintendents, and Engineers as needed. You'll play a vital role in schedule preparations, quantity reporting, and project cost forecasting. Collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the workforce, you'll help resolve project challenges. Your responsibilities will also include managing document control, reviewing daily reports for accuracy, and ensuring compliance with various project requirements.

To qualify, a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering is required. We seek highly motivated individuals ready to contribute to the construction field, displaying strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
