Pipe Foreman

Overview

Watson Civil Construction, Inc. is a heavy/highway contractor working throughout Florida specializing in large site infrastructure, underground, and road work. We are currently looking for an experienced Pipe Foreman to lead a crew in Arcadia.

• Maintain the production schedule without compromising safety.
• Execute work according to directives received from the Superintendent.
• Be proficient with heavy machinery and ensure the quality of work performed and materials delivered.
• Know and understand the quality control standards required in the plans and specifications.
• Apply technical abilities in underground utility construction and demonstrate strong management skills to lead and supervise employees.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and mentoring to the crew.
• Hold the crew accountable to compliance, quality, and safety of the project.

• Experience as a Pipe Foreman; FDOT experience preferred.
