Watson Civil Construction, Inc. is a premier heavy/highway civil contractor working throughout Florida specializing in large site infrastructure, underground, and road work. We are seeking a MOT Foreman for the Arcadia area. The role is responsible for the safe and proper set‑up of MOT equipment.
Responsibilities- Meet with project superintendent to discuss job.
- Check job site for potential problems.
- Oversee MOT set‑up and removal.
- Continually check signs and routine maintenance of MOT setups.
- Brief employees on safety and set‑up.
- Coordinate activities between pavers, mill crew and stripers.
